On Saturday the DeQuency Saunders Rapids beat the Inner City Cardinals 27-21 in the Buffalo Youth Football League as Qadree Ollison ran for 140 yards and two touchdowns. Zyer Harris also rushed for a touchdown and Ryan Daul ran for a touchdown and an extra point and threw a two point conversion to Jaylan Smith. Kody Klinger led the defense with 12 tackles and a fumble recovery, while Desmond Zimmerman and Ryan Garner each has 8 tackles.
On Sunday, the Rapids beat the Lockpirt Pirates 35-19 as Qadree Ollison ran for 103 yards and three touchdowns. Jaylan Smith rushed for a touchdown and Ryan Daul threw a touchdown and two conversions to Darius Carson. Edward Parmer and Jason Harpham had 13 tackles each for the defense while Khawan Hooks and Marquise Sanders each had 10 tackles and Cameron Miller recovered a fumble.
Pre-Season Opener - 2005
The Dequincey Saunders Rapids defeated the Buffalo Raiders 19-14 in the pre-season opener. Qadree Ollision ran for 183 yards, scored 3 touchdowns and had an interception. Ryan Daul scored an extra point. On defense Dalvon Barnes and Darius Carson had 10 tackles each. DaAndre Mack had 2 quarterback sacks while Christopher Miller recovered a fumble.
